EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • When you place an online order with Seven Pillars, you will be redirected to the checkout page where order confirmation will follow successful payment. 
  •  Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from 7 Pillars, detailing the products specifics, invoice and estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Since all of our furniture is handcrafted, please expect delivery to take 6-8 weeks from the time your order has been confirmed. Larger, more complex orders may take slightly longer and may vary depending on shipping location. 
  • Not that delivery estimates are not fixed, and may change in response to a high volume of orders or unforeseen events, including, but not limited to, epidemics, pandemics, adverse weather phenomenon, natural disasters, economic calamities, war, fire, explosions, strikes or logistical boycotts, accidents, embargoes, riots, insurrections, terrorist or military actions, civil unrest or agitation, etc.  
  • At least 10 days prior to delivery, you can expect our team to coordinate with you to establish the idea delivery window. 
  • Please note that all shipping estimates are calculated based on production, inspection, packaging and delivery time.
  • The cost of delivery is calculated based on pin code and order size, and will be clearly mentioned on your invoice at checkout.  
  • We ask that every customer signs the shipping receipt/challan - this will be considered acceptance of the shipment. In case you are unable to personally collect the shipment, we request that you authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf. For all claims, requests, cancellations or refunds please refer to our cancellation and refund policy. 
  • Please ensure that you measure the staincare volume and  entryway to your premises, and compare this with the dimensions of your intended purchase before checkout. Our delivery partners have been instructed to leave the furniture at your delivery address, in case the furniture does not fit through the entryway or staircase. 
  • In case you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us at info@sevenpillarsdesign.in and we will endeavour to deliver to your new address as soon as feasible. Please note that shipping charges may be revised on the basis of any change in delivery address. 

ASSEMBLY

None of our furniture requires assembly, with the exception of beds.  At this time, we do not provide an assembly service for beds, however, assembly instruction will be marked on the furniture with easy-to-follow instructions. We recommend that you engage your local carpenter to assemble your bed to avoid accidental damage.
